Enjoy two steaks in one. The T-bone is a dual delight, the bone-in tender strip loin on one side and the sumptuous filet mignon (tenderloin) on the other. The meat is separated by a “T” shaped bone. The T-bone contains less of the tenderloin than the porterhouse steak. T-bone steaks are great grilled, broiled or pan fried. The perfect steak for celebrating life, and all special occasions.
