We work with local farms to bring quality products directly to you, guaranteeing the freshest tastes of home! We source our products from local farms within the Appalachian Region, Central/Western Kentucky, and Southern/Central Ohio. JSW Chop Shop Snack Sticks contains the finest cuts of beef. Made in our facility in Hazel Green, Kentucky, just off Exit 57 of the Mountain Parkway.
Family Owned and Operated
Nestled in the foothills of Appalachia, our family-owned company was started by Jonathan Whitt, a young agriculture producer who thought there was a way to support the families of our community just as his grandfather did in 1954. JSW Farm Chop Shop started sourcing meat from local producers. After a few years, Jonathan wanted to start in the smoked meat business and found a knack for making the tastiest smoked meat sticks around. At the time, we just knew we were making the best snack sticks we’d ever tasted. Now, we realize we’ve got something pretty special: a meat snack that’s loved by humbler hustlers and flavor-seeking snack stick connoisseurs. We produce a range of delicious snack sticks — all while remaining committed to our principles of service, quality, and integrity.
